Hey, Jeremy here and welcome back to the Pitstop.
You ever fall into a rut you can't get out of? Yeah, totally normal haha.
Here's a story of how it happened to me:
It was the fall of 2022 and I'd just come off one of the worst preseasons of my entire career. Honestly, I felt like I'd completely forgotten how to ride a snowboard, let alone compete. I was drained from all the training and my head was in a pretty dark place.
On top of that, I was ranked so incredibly low that I could hardly sign up for any competitions, let alone the ones I really wanted to compete in. So, I basically had to start from scratch.
I then went ahead and did the obvious thing: I went online.
After conducting some A-grade research on how to stop being a shitty athlete, I stumbled upon a book called Relentless by Tim S. Grover. A performance coach famous for working with the likes of Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and Dwyane Wade.
The book is written in such a dark, very direct way that it really made me scratch my head and rethink my entire approach, which ultimately ended up working out.
I ended up having one of my most successful seasons ever and it completely changed my mindset and what I think is possible for me.
To give you a breakdown of what I learned and spare you from reading the whole thing, I put together Tim’s 5 rules for becoming unstoppable.

That’s it, talk soon…
